This is our order page where we will provide you as much information as possible. On this page you will find available dates for your prefered campervan, and you will be able to book your flight to Lofoten Airport, Evenes if you wish.

Order your campervan
Arctic Vanlife has four campervans for hire at the moment. Emil, Herbie, Kiara and Luna. There are more to come in the future.
Your first step is to book your van from us. Then you return to this page and book your flight tickets.

Order your flight tickets to Lofoten Airport, Evenes
As we are located in Harstad and Evenes, Northern Norway, you will have too book your tickets to Lofoten Airport, Evenes. In Norway you have three different airlines to choose from. After booking, please return to this page and read step three carefully.

After booking
After your booking, we need to share some information with each other.
First you will need to contact us via our booking partner Campr.no.
When your booking is set, you will need to contact us on WhatsApp, and share your flightnumber and we will provide you our location and where to pick up your camper.

Check-in and check-out
On arrival you will need to get to your car, we are located close to the airport at Evenes, and can pick you up with at arrival.
Check-in is at 15:00, local time. We will provide you our location after booking.
Check-out is at 12:00. If you need additional time, there is a extra fee of 50€. We only offer extra time if possible. In the summertime we experience high traffic of visitors, and it may be possible to give you extra time.
Cleaning:
Before returning the van, you will have to clean it. Take off the bed sheets, wash the dishes, and clean floor and tables. If you have a premium camper, please empty the toilet and clean the bathroom.
Returning a dirty van will be charged 150 €.
